The Cambridge Book Club is for people who are passionate about reading in English and want to read more! We help you navigate well-known books and develop your English language in a fun, stress-free way.

The club is brought to you by a department of Cambridge University Press & Assessment.

Can anyone join The Cambridge Book Club?

The book club has been designed for adult English language learners (over 18) with a CEFR level of B2 or above. Don’t know your level? Take the quick, free Cambridge level test.

How do I join the book club?

Enrolments for the club are now closed.

Is the book included in the price?

No, the book isn’t included. You'll need to buy or download a copy from your local bookshop or online retailer.

How long do I have access to my product?

You'll be able to access your content for 8 weeks from the date of purchase. Some of the content can be downloaded and saved, but please don’t share with anyone.

How do I access my content?

After purchasing your product, you'll be able to access your product by clicking the link on the Thank You page or in your enrolment email. You must be logged into your account to see your content. To log in, click the pink LOGIN button at the top of the page. You'll now see My courses in the website footer - click and see your products.

When are the live sessions and how can I join?

Tutor Patricia will host regular live sessions on Zoom for each book we read. Check out the homepage for upcoming dates and times. All club members are invited to join for a lively discussion about the key themes of the book. After purchasing, you will receive an onboarding email that gives detailed instructions of where to find the latest information on live sessions and how to join. How do I join the community?

Members who buy The Companion product will get exclusive access to our community, hosted on Discord. After purchasing, you will receive an onboarding email with your unique invitation link to join the Discord community. If you didn't receive an email, please check your spam and junk folders. How can I pay?

Membership is a one-off payment per product and you get 8 weeks' access (it's not a monthly subscription). You can pay by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other popular payment methods.

Can I get a refund?

Can I gift someone membership to the book club?

Currently it’s not possible to buy membership for someone else. But feel free to tell your friends and family to come join us!

I'm having issues with payment, what should I do?

If you're receiving an error message when you try to pay, make sure you’re using the right card details and billing address. You may have to contact your bank.
